Community Conference Room Rental, Waiver Information. You must be 18+ to book the Community Conference room. The Community Conference room will be set up with tables and chairs. Please feel free to rearrange these items for your meeting/event needs. We ask that you help us keep the Conference Room clean by returning all tables and chairs to their original places. Please pick up all your supplies as we are not responsible for any lost items. Deposit WILL BE REQUIRED depending on event type, owner will notify you to discuss. REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY: We do require 48 hours notice to provide you with a full refund. We do know that life happens so If it's less than 48 hours notice, we can give you credit for another day or refund depending on each situation. If you are a No Show you will not receive a refund or credit.
